SapneDigital is committed to resolving user complaints promptly and fairly. In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer whose details are published below.

What you can report
- Content that infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights (see also our Copyright & Takedown Policy).
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or impersonates another person.
- A violation of these Terms, your privacy, or any applicable law by a user or release on the Platform.
- Any concern regarding your account, payouts, or a decision taken by SapneDigital.
How to file a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer at grievance@sapnedigital.com with the following, so we can act quickly:
- Your full name and contact details (registered email, if you have an account).
- A clear description of the complaint and the specific content, release, URL or account it concerns.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, proof of ownership, order/reference IDs).
- A statement that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Resolution timelines
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt.
- We will resolve the complaint within 15 days of receipt.
- Complaints involving unlawful content that must be removed on an expedited basis (for example, content that exposes an individual, or infringement clearly evidenced) will be actioned as a priority, typically within 72 hours.
What happens after you file
The Grievance Officer will review your complaint, may contact you or the affected user for clarification, and will take appropriate action - which can include removing or disabling access to the content, restricting or suspending an account, or explaining why no action is required. We will inform you of the outcome by email.
