This Privacy Policy explains how SapneDigital collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our services. We follow applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, artist/stage name, email, phone number.
• Payout details: bank account / UPI ID and PAN, used only to pay your royalties.
• Content: the audio, artwork and metadata you upload.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We do not store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and basic usage logs for security.

2. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and deliver your music to stores.
• To calculate and pay your royalties.
• To verify identity (e.g. login and wallet OTP) and prevent fraud.
• To provide support and send service-related messages.

3. Sharing your data

We share data only as needed to run the service: with digital stores/streaming platforms (to publish your releases), with payment partners (to process payments and payouts), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

5. Data security & retention

Passwords are stored hashed, and sensitive actions use one-time passwords. We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent, by emailing support@sapnedigital.com. Some data may be retained where the law requires.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for children under 18 without parental consent.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date.
