Welcome to SapneDigital ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian act on your behalf) to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Membership & fees

Some features require a paid membership. Fees are shown before you pay and are charged through our enabled payment partners or direct transfer options. Unless stated otherwise, membership is a one-time fee for the selected plan. Applicable taxes (such as GST) may apply.

3. Your content & rights

You retain ownership of the music, artwork and other material you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process, encode and deliver Your Content to digital stores and streaming platforms on your behalf.

• You confirm you own or control all rights to Your Content, including any samples, features and artwork.
• You must not upload content that infringes copyright, impersonates others, or violates any law or store guideline.
• We may reject or remove any release that breaches these Terms or a store's policies.

4. Distribution & delivery

We submit approved releases to the stores listed in your plan. Delivery times, availability and acceptance are controlled by the stores and are not guaranteed by us. Stores may reject or take down content at their discretion.

5. Royalties & payouts

We collect royalties reported by the stores and credit your account after deducting our commission (as shown in your plan) and any applicable taxes. Payouts are subject to a minimum balance of ₹500 and accurate payout details (bank/UPI). Reported figures may be revised by stores.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, hateful or fraudulent content, manipulate streams (artificial/bot streaming), or misuse the Platform. Violations may lead to suspension, takedown and withholding of royalties linked to fraud.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, pending legitimate royalties owed to you remain payable, subject to store reporting.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, or acceptance by any store. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.

10. Business identity

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
