Delivery time is how long we take to send your release to the stores. Spotify and Apple usually publish the same day they receive it; a few regional stores can take a little longer to show it.

Yes. If you are on a 72-hour or 48-hour plan, the ⚡ Fast-Track add-on moves one release to the front of our 24-hour queue for a small per-release fee. Your plan, your other releases and your royalty share stay exactly the same.
You can request a payout from your dashboard once your balance crosses the minimum. Choose bank transfer or UPI, and approved claims are typically paid within 5-7 working days.
Yes, on the Standard plan and above. When you upload you must declare how the track was made - fully your own, AI vocals, AI music, or fully AI. On the Basic plan only tracks made without any AI can be released, so upgrade first if you work with AI. Declare it honestly: undeclared AI can get the release rejected here and taken down by the stores themselves, and repeat attempts can suspend your account. Voice cloning of a real singer without their written permission is never allowed.
Yes, completely. You retain 100% ownership of your masters and rights on every plan. We only handle delivery and royalty collection on your behalf, and you can move your catalog elsewhere whenever you want.
